Reflection Six:  Slow Down: Healing Isn’t Linear

You don’t “pass” through grief. You move with it; sometimes forward, sometimes sideways, sometimes in circles. Healing is a slow recalibration, not a finish line.

Pushing yourself to “get over it” only disconnects you from what your body is trying to integrate. Slowing down supports healing more than forced momentum ever could.

Reflection:
Where have you been pressuring yourself to “move faster”? What would taking one step slower look or feel like this week?
