Hey, I’m Larissa.

Whether you’re moving through grief, managing anxiety, or facing a major life transition, I’m here to support you in creating a path forward that feels meaningful and true to you.

My Approach to Supporting You

Collaborative

I believe therapy works best when it’s a partnership—where your voice, your experiences, and your goals lead the way. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, honoring your wisdom while building new pathways toward growth and healing.

Compassionate

In our work, you’ll find a space where your feelings are met with kindness, not judgment. I am committed to creating a nurturing environment where you feel safe to express your truth and explore your healing at your own pace.
